aree oranges good for your skin?? and how many glasses of water should you drink everdayy?

oranges help the skin and body. you should just drink at least 8glasses a water a day (make sure you spread out the times).

Eating oranges is good. They contain vitamin C which is good for the immune system and other things.

One should drink 2 to 3 litres of water (in any form) a day.

Oranges are very healthy for you, they contain vitamin C. You should drink 6-8 glasses of 8oz a day.

I don't know about oranges, except that you should eat one to get Vitamin C.
About the water, you should drink 8 glasses a day.

I don't know about oranges, but 64 oz. of water is recommended every day. I like to drink 1/2 an oz. of water for every lb. i weigh though. So if you weigh 120 lbs., you should drink 60 oz. of water a day. I still think you should drink at least 64 oz. of water a day AT LEAST.

oranges are good, they have vitamin C, and you should drink alot of water it's good for your skin, i think like 4 bottles of water a day or more maybe

I like orage juice and i am drinking 5 glasses of water minimum in a day.

yes oranges are good and you should be drinking 8 half pint glasses everyday.more when i is hot or exersising. For you're skin use hot water and lemon!
