There was a time travellers convention at MIT on May 7th 2005....do you think that people from future came to the convention but didn't make their presence known because that would have changed the future.

There is no way to travel through time - the laws of physics just don't allow it. It's a fantasy that people just can't let go of.

Light speed - the amount of energy required to move any mass to the speed of light is infinite - therefore we cannot get to light speed and then exceed it to "go back".

Bending space will allow travel form place to place, but that does not mean time travel.

Time is actually motion through space in relationship to other things. Even on a subatomic level, things move and change, therefore degrade, collide, combine, etc. This happens and we call it time.

To travel back through time you need to move every bit of matter and energy in the entire universe to a certain state and in position to each other at an exact moment. Not gonna happen.

I think not! Anyone from the future wouldn't want to come here!! They have probably already been there & done that!!! That's why they are from the so-called " Future " !!!

no.
Time travel is a fantasy. After looking at the conference web-site and some of the press it got, it doesn't look like it was serious science.

I'm from the future! I'll still be here tomorrow. Actually, I think you'll find a lot of us.

No - because if they read in their history books what was going on in the world at the moment, they wouldn't want to visit us!

They may be right here, reading all the questions and answers. Do you think they'll be impressed with our wit and intelligence?
