You can but you're not supposed to. Same for panty liners. The sewage plants can't really handle that kind of stuff.

Sure... You CAN flush plenty of things. However, they could very easily clog your toilet and then you'd have to shell out big bucks to get it removed. Why not just wrap them up and throw them away when you're done???

i have never in my life NOT flushed a tampon. i have always heard that it'll clog, it'll do this or that, but in the 10 years i've had my period i've never clogged a single anything anywhere by flushing my tampons. i wouldn't worry about it.

Ask any plumber and they'll tell you, NO!!
I know it says you can on the box, but they aren't going to pay for the plumber to come out and fix toilet when it backs up.

don't try it at home, I clogged up the toilet once with just one and it flooded half the house and we had to replace the carpet. I'm serious, don't do it ( unless you're out somewhere and they have industrial plumbing, like schools, malls and stuff)

Yes, but the poop people will not like you for it. It also can clog your toilet. It is a lot of non-bio-degradable matter.
Better not do it.

Yes unless you have a septic tank and they say you should wrap them and dispose can it can cause septic tank problems.
