About the only thing you can do is check the circuit breaker, or fuses which ever you have. After that then it is either the pump impellers, or the electric motor. Either of those options will require a technician to repair.

Is there a pilot easy that must be lit? i don't have oil, so not sure if it is the comparable yet that seems logical. the different suggestion is to circulate to the producer's internet internet site and attempt to get someone instruction manual. sturdy success! (in any different case, call for maintenance in case you won't be able to repair this quickly...you could want a tub before than later!)
