98 ford expedition inside light?

So I go to a drive in and try to watch the movie with the back hatch up. How do I make the inside lights go off?

A few ways to do that.
1: Tape over the Actuator, little switch that is spring loaded and turns dome light on when door is open.
2. Disconnect Positive Battery Terminal
3. Pull out the fuse that is for Dome Light.

don't have a ford but most suv's you just press the plastic part of the dome light itself.
