I think nail polish remover will work. The diamond will survive anything, it's the hardest substance in the universe.

I think soaking it in acetone would melt the superglue. But I agree - take it to a jeweler, you might damage the diamond if your attempto to scrape it... long shot since nothing really scrapes a diamond. Better safe than sorry.

Go to Home Depot and get some Xylene. This will take off the super glue. Do it in a well ventilated area, as this stuff has some bad fumes.

take it to a jewelry store and have it professionally cleaned..dont attempt to do this yourself you could ruin the diamond and mess up its value.
