This is important as I've been receiving death threats and other nasty stuff from an ex and his partner. Officially it has been suggested that I place restraining orders on them.

1. You should go to the police, pronto. They can follow up from the IP address. Issuing death threats is against the law. You have right to personal safety and protection and Police MUST provide it.
2. Report to Yahoo. They can look into it deeply and cooperate with the police.
3. You cannot view their profile unless they have given permission for others to view during the account setup.

In otherwords, you have recourse. You should use them - don't even waste a minute of it.

Keep an accurate record of everything, including phone conversation. Record it if you know how or ask people in the know. It will help your case should this go to court.
