Making ice cream is one of my favorite hobbies. The two most requested ice creams I make are:
Coconut Banana made with coconut milk and heavy cream base. It is very rich
Cherry pie. Traditional ice cream custard with chopped cherries and pieces of pie crust.
My personal favorite is lemon mint. Traditional ice cream custard with lemon juice and chopped mint leaves.

Whole tasted almonds in beautiful rich dark chocolate ice cream = "chocolinda" or "mandorlinda".
