I have one previous misdameanor posession charge and one previous felony not associated with drugs that I successfully got deferred. I'm doing rehab, AA classes and community volunteer work to help sway the judge. Would this be enough to keep me outta prison (one of the felonies is a 1st degree for mushrooms, the other two are 2nd for weed) and whats the possibility of getting the three felonies on deferred probation?

You need to hire a really good lawyer or you or looking at doing some hard time. There are some states with "3 Strikes" laws and if you have 3 felony convictions, there are manditory prison terms that the judge must impose, with the discretion to imprison you for the maxiimum term for each.

Why are you asking the public if becoming an informant would be a good thing for you do do? You obviously haven't done enough hard time to know your a s s from a hole in the ground. You lack the basics to succeed at being anything other than what you have become. Sorry, but I view you as the worst type of offender there is! You are a runner. You run from your charges by hiding in rehab & you will sell out people to save your own a s s. If you have to sell someone out, you need better reasons or they'll hunt you down & scatter your pieces over the earth. Don't step off into yet another world that you have no experience in, because once you step over this edge, you won't have the luxury of hiding out in rehab...you'll be sent there anytime someone wants you to get information on people like you. You have a big mouth, so I guess it's time for you to put your money where your mouth is...in somebodies face!

I have no idea what state you live in, but it would seem to me that you learn very slowly...you are a 3 time looser, you had 2 chances and you threw them away for what? drugs? I certainly hope your trips were worth having ruined your life, for that is exactly what you have done...try getting a decent job with the record you now have. You will never be allowed to handle money, sell real estate, sell mortgages, in fact, most decent jobs are now off limits to you. Just how stupid are you? And now, you cry when you knew full well what the consequences would be? Give me a break..this ain't high school, and you learn nothing.
