U can continue with your wish if u like,any opportunity in any profession depends on one's ability and efficiency.Hospital management officer is required by big hospitals in india today.It is hospital business now.There are good job opportunities if u are really sharp.Small towns don't need them,

Please immediately forget about any career in hospital management. In fact, that is an oxymoron. Hospitals are a doomed institution with no future for anyone considering running them. sorry to burst that bubble
