Is it possible to have my poems removed from poetry.com?

Question

a few years ago i post some poems on their site. I'm not happy about the work and i'd like to have them removed, but the only to contact the site is by phone or snail-mail.

Are you sure your poems are still on their site? I had put a couple up there years ago, but I didn't like the way they ran things and was trying to get them removed, and then a while back I looked up my name and they weren't there anymore. I could have sworn that there was an email address though.
