Go for a walk using crutches or a wheelchair! My wife broke her foot years ago and still has increased arm strength from using crutches for a couple of months. Eat food with lots of calcium so the bone knits faster.

try weights for your arms or perhaps pushing yourself up from a sitting position using your arms
