Let me ask you some questions:
1. Is this OK with your parents?
2. Is this OK with the boy's parents?
3. Are you financially independent (do you have the $ 180,000+ it takes to raise a child if you get pregnant)?
4. Are you willing to risk pregnancy?
5. Are you willing to risk STDs?
6. Are you willing to give up your reputation forever?
7. Are you willing to be a "notch" on his belt? (even if you are his first you won't be his last if he's 14 or 15)
8. Are you willing to have him walk away after sex and never see you again (big possibility)?
9. Are you able to care for a baby, go to school, work, and have any time of life at the same time?
10. Are you willing to give up the ONE thing that you ALONE can give to your future husband? (your virginity)
11. Are you willing to get caught? (you will)
12. Are you willing to lie to have sex? (you'll have to do that too)
13. Are you willing to be seen naked?
14. Are you mature enough to handle the guilt associated with sex outside of marriage?
15. Are you emotionally ready for the turmoil you will bring to yourself? (does he still "love" me, am I going to be pregnant, will my parents be mad at me, what will my friends think, etc)
16. Are you ready to drop out of school if necessary and give up your friends if you get pregnant?

I know, you are invincible. . . you will practice "safe sex" (there is NO SUCH THING), you boyfriend will be careful with you, you won't have any pain or bleeding because you are not fully internally physically developed, all of these things. Yeah, right.

Don't be ignorant and don't be stupid. DON'T HAVE SEX until you are married.

Trust me you dont want to take any chances like that and at 14 i wouldn't want to be a mom or dad with a 1 month kid in my hands living in my parents basement. Just wait until you find they guy you really want to be with and wait until you're married so you get to know the guy better and all that jazz. At the age 14 I wouldn't even be worried about sex i would just be more focused at school and other things not sex. Don't get me wrong we all like to have fun but sex isn't good for ur age. Just kiss the person and tell him that ur too young

I would wait until you're old enough to understand the ramifications of having sex. Wait until you're old enough to take on the physical, and especially emotional responsibilities that go along with it. Wait until you've met someone that you have an immeasurable amount of trust in. Wait until you fully understand how to properly protect yourself from pregnancy and STDs, and also, that you have the means to make a smart decision should your birth control fail. Trust me when I say that the payoff will be a lot better if you wait.

wait, you are to young. You may be tired of hearing that, but if you do and become a mom at 15, say goodbye to lot of things your doing now, taking care of a baby is full time work, and then you will have to find a job to pay for the baby's needs. (not to mention giving birth, sometimes labor last 8-16 hrs, not a picnic).

Then there are so many diseases out their you can contract, being a teenager you are not beyond getting diseases.

If your questioning it, wait, because there is something in the back of your head telling you maybe not. Nothing changes after you have sex, exept for the fact it creates a lot of problems... your scared because you might be pregnant, have an STD, etc. Looking back, I honestly wish I had waited, most of the guys I slept with did not deserve that type of closeness with me.

I am 14 also but i think it's best that you wait. But if u think u may have sex then try going to plan parenthood and getting Birth control. They will give it to you without your parents knowing and you can get condoms from there too

My God! Why in the world would you think it would be OK to have sex at your age??????? Are you ready to be a Mommy at your age? You are even too young to date yet. What would your parents say if they found out?? You would be grounded until you were dead! You should wait until you are married. Believe me men want to marry a virgin. If you want a good man to marry someday then you will save your self for marriage. Trust me it is worth the wait!
