Your best best is to watch PBS. Lots of hobby and cooking shows on. Or try the Sci Fi channel. Or, try talk radio. Kim Komando the Computer Goddess is on TV in our area. Or you could watch an exercise program and make believe you are doing the exercises because it's too dang hot to go outside and do it yourself. Or watch CNN news and the latest developments on Israel and Lebanon and see if the world is going to get into a nuclear war. If there IS going to be a nuclear war, there isn't much sense in watching anything because it will be the end of the world. Have a nice day!!

I Love the 70's is on VH1 at the moment. It is a pretty good mindless show to watch.
