Kick the Can was cool, We used to also make door knockers with a fishing line and a lead washer, then we ran it through screen door handles and hid in the ditch across the road and pulled the string to knock on someones door then ducked down to hide while they looked for whoever was knocking.

Every evening the neighborhood kids would get together and play hide n seek! We also played Mother may I and baseball. Inside we played Monopoly.

We used to play kick the can, red light green light, May I?, tag and we spent most of our time outside. We lived next to a radio station that threw out records and we may have had the first Frisbee prototypes.
