i want to know which site can teach me HTML and how to use microsoft frontpage better

A site I recommend for HTML (and most other web technologies) is http://www/w3schools.com). As far as using Front Page, I strongly recommend you don't especially if you are going to try to look at the code to learn. Front Page writes code that is only slightly better than Word, and is aboslutely horrible.

If you are trying to learn web development, I recommend building your pages just using a text editor. Your code will be cleaner and you will learn more than if you just let a wysiwyg editor.

Go to www.tripod.com! I have 3 or 4 websites through them. It's easy to use. Just make your username start with "www." and then you'll have a domain name that starts with www.(website name).tripod.com. That's how it always works. There is a free option, that's what I use. Good luck.
