I was denied the purchase of condo from association board and I want to know how long it takes to get me intal deposit back from lawyer?

there is not going to be any specific length of time unless you agreed in writing. Hopefully you didn't agree to a nonrefundable deposit!
Assuming that it is refundable, your first step is to send a certified letter requesting the return of the money. You are going to need proof that you made demand if you end up suing.
