Morally justified? -- Yes
Large Scale Chemical attack in a well populated city is probably more horrific then a nuke. At least Nuke kills most of the people fast...
But if you are asking is such retaliation is a good idea form political or military point of view? Then -- No.
People's perception of Nukes is WAY to negative. Additionally radiation may affect other countries -- damaging Israel reputation further, and possibly touching off WW3.

I don't think the use of nukes can ever be justified...although if the conflict began to turn to the use of chemical weapons then I think we really all should worry. In such a unstable region, before we knew it we could have alliances being built between different countries and all out war beginning...and then where would it end?

As far as nuclear weapons go, I think any government that thinks they have the right to fire them at others are extremely selfish, and unbelievably stupid. It all stems, in my opinion, from a 'mine's bigger/more powerful' than yours style of politics. Very scary.

If hezbollah have been the government of a rustic, possibly. because they do no longer seem to be that is like the US nuking the domicile city of the adult men who blew up the development in OKC. How bout we only enable the international understand, "in case you employ chemical or nuclear weapons, the full international would be against you, we are able to invade and take over your territories, we are able to throw your management in detention center and dismantle your complete united states of america/employer."
