Well my sister shes like 27 and shes outside in my pool sleeping on a raft trying to tan although shes tan from the sun already lol,but anyways should i go flip her in the water to wake her up so i can be entertained lol,, what do you think i should do

lol but i flipped her and she screamed like a big baby and then chased me around nd squirted me with the hose

flip her than run inside every where b/c if she is wet she wll get the house wet

No don't do that. Suppose she would inhale some water in her lungs? Even though it may be a small amount it could cause more problems either then, or later. Suppose she hits her head and it causes her to go unconscious? She's in a potentially deadly area, so don't play like that.....it's not worth it.

Don't flip her over get a gallon of cold water and dump it on her, it will be more unsettling.
