Some women don't have early symptoms, but those that do experience some minor cramping and sometimes spotting/bleeding, also breast pain and tenderness and stomach upset/nausea/vomiting. You might have to pee more often, too. Early in my pregnancies I also noticed some episodes of faintness or weakness and also a huge surge in appetite (but also feeling sick). Some get headaches, too, from the surge of pregnancy hormones.

One of the first changes in your body that you will be able to see is that you will develop bumps around your nipples. These are called montgomerys tubercles and appear about the 7th week of pregnancy.
