go to processes and end iexplorer.exe

You are entering websites that download runable scripts and programs to your computer. This is not only annoying you, but it is risky. You don't know what else the download is doing besides playing sweet music.
I suggest that you do not go to that/those websites. They could program it to shut off when you leave, but obviously do not want to.
Get an internet firewall, and only allow downloads from websites you know can be trusted. Unfortunately, many websites cannot be trusted, especially those with free stuff you cannot get free elsewhere.

on your keyboard, press "Ctrl + Alt + Delete" at the same time. When the task manager comes up, look in the "applications" tab, and look for the website or some other app or file that is casuing the music to play. Highlight it and hit end task.

What site is it?
Your PC will stored enough of the song in the file memory to play continuously without disruption.
You could just mute the sound till it stops?
