i get the feeling that most of the time people are a$$holes to me for no reason whatsoever. is there something within me which they can detect subconciously and dislike for no real reason? i know it sounds confusing but i guess some of you get my drift.

This is possible of course, you might find out if you ask someone why they don't like you.
It might also be that you are just surrounded with the wrong people.
Maybe you can ask someone you like (and who likes you) if there is something about you that might work against you.

People who are assholes to you are probably responding to an attitude you're putting out there.
Stop. Think about your outlook on the day. Does everything suck? Well, hey, how about just once - for a few minutes, if you want - pull on a winning smile and say something to the first three people you see? Something like, "Hey. How's the day going?"
If they're still assholes, then it's you. If they're pleasant, then it's you, too.

Sounds 2 me that your kind of a sensitive person like myself. Most of the time when u feel like that, u r just taking things 2 peronal. Lay back and chill!! Not everyone is going 2 like u. That's how this world is. Just be u. Don't change 4 no one.

this may sound flaky, but think ´love´and you will attract it. you´ll see. start the day by smiling at someone, and 9 out of 10 times, they´ll smile back (especially old people!) If you live in a big city, it´s more likely peope are hardened, but you go about your way,and little by little, you´ll start noticing that there are also other poeple (friendly ones) around. it´s all about perspective and what you focus on.

You should videotape yourself talking...maybe you make facial expressions that take people by surprise...I know alot of women who make faces as they speak and they don't notice...The end result is that other people think they are being mean or sarcastic or conceited when in reality they are not aware that they are making any faces....
just a suggestion from my own experiences

You could ask them if you've offended them in any way & go from there to see if there's something within you that they detect.
If you haven't offended them, they shouldn't treat you like that... & they should be ashamed, ignored, rejected, because they'd deserve it.

well why are they being a$$holes to you??..think about it..were you mean or rude to them in a way?...do you talk $hit behind their back or infront of them......just be nice, confident, be yourself and try to meet NEW people....different people...not the a$$hole-ish type of people

no one likes my brother ,some people just put people off .be yourself by yourself but it is a lonly place
