No. I love Uggs. I wear them a lot wear I live during the late fall because I am outside a lot and would like to keep my feet warm. I dont always wear them just in snow because we dont get a lot of snow here til around late december or late feburary early march. Also I find them very comfortable. Sometimes I wear them around the house. Sure, they are a little costly but I think they are a great pair of boots.

For fashion purposes, yes (specially those baby-blue colored Uggs...ewwww!!)
But some are utilitarian, in very cold places, or for comfort, like a slipper they're OK, My late grandpa loooved his Uggs (he had knock-offs and I gave him the real deal)...

They aren't as bad as those Adida's wrestling boots that came out last year...I saw those in an In Style magazine and they made me gag a little.

I know, are we in Alaska or some other snowy place? I can see them as SNOW boots, not just to wear though. And especially the cost!!! It's outrageous!
