WHen it ends, ebay will send them a notice that they've won. Are your listings set up so that they buyer can use Checkout? That's a lot easier. You can also send them an invoice. In your My Ebay, under sold items, you can click on Send Invoice. That will give them the amount they owe and your address if you accept mailed payments. They can choose which method of payment and then they either pay immediately with Paypal or you sit back and wait for their payment to arrive. It's not really hard. I was confused and nervous about my first sale, but after you get over the first one, it's smooth sailing after that!

When the auction is finished. There will be a place where it says send invoice. You fill it out with all the information about shipping and any other costs and it will go right to the person who one the auction.Make sure all your information is correct. It's pretty easy.Good Luck!

When the auction is over. Email the winner with all details and asking for his shipping address. I don't know if you are taking paypal or what but make sure you let him/her know of your payment options, shipping options, etc. Make sure you tell him again what the total is with shipping.

Use second chance offer or re-list the item.
