I am looking for books like gossip girl and the it girl, clique, etc. But these are books for the younger generation. (14-18) i was looking for a good book series like those for women in their early 20's. Any other good reads like those?

Try the Shopaholic books by Sophia Kinsella. Or you could read the first of Emily Giffin's books which is Something Borrowed. They're both extremely funny and they're generated towards women in their twenties.

Maybe you could try some classics, like Jane Austen. She empowers the female figure in the 19th century.
For a 20 year old I'd recommend something radical though, like Trainspotting or a Clockwork Orange.

The only other series I know is "The sisterhood of the traveling pants" and thats geared more for 16-18. Sorry!!!

silhouette series. or try jude deveraux for something more worth reading than petty romances.
