Hi. In answer to your question. I have found it amazing on ebay. I dont think there is an answer to any particular item. It is more about your description and your photographs. I have sold stuff I have had left from my family, like the following, first edition books and got a good price. I have sold pottery collectables and been fine. Some small house hold items like candles and so on forget those. Soveriegns a good price. I have actually sold a new book for nearly as much as I paid but was perfect and new. I have seen a recent camera that is not manufactured any more, only going out of store a few months ago sell for a third more than RRP. Cloths I have had no luck with unless specialised. Lladro forget that as the market is flooded. You can also search for items that have been sold to see there past sales value in the search section. Dont forget all the words in your title are searchable so make sure you use the right description and not what you like to see. The only areas I have lost on has been on postage, I did not get it right to start, but some people will accept that. Make sure your measurements are in metric and Imperial. If going world wide be prepared for questions on some items. The only thing that niffed me, was I sold a signed book to a bidder that was a private seller, but that is called an auction I think. Lastly keep all your charges to the minimum as ebay can run away a bit with all the extras. Good look. Any way it works and you will make firends I did.

There is no such thing as "no returns" on eBay. Learn it, live it. YOU are responsible for ensuring the items you sell arrive in the condition in which they were described in the auction. If they have shipping damage, it is your fault. What you do next depends on the answer to this question: Do you want to continue selling on eBay? Yes: Contact the buyer immediately through eBay Messages and apologize for your previous messages and for their disappointment in their purchase. Tell them that if they return the comics to you, you will refund their original purchase price, original shipping, and return shipping. Apologize again. No: Stick to your guns and refuse the return. The buyer will escalate the case to eBay, who will find in their favor. Paypal will take the money out of your account and refund the buyer. eBay may or may not ask the buyer to return the comics. You will have a case closed against you, which will lower your seller performance rating. You'll lose your money and probably your comics and have a nasty neg to show for it, making sure no one else makes the mistake of buying from you. Is it clear to you now that there is no such thing as "no returns" on eBay?

Personalised handmade items seem to sell the best. If you are selling bits and bobs from around your house, chose items that have worn well, or are possible collecters items.
Whatever you do make sure you use a clear picture, and a good and accurate description to avoid returns or negative feedback.

Electronics that are new/ in demand always make a good profit. Even older electronics like year old mobiles (usually after a free upgrade on contract) can be sold for decent money if in good condition!
