If you live in the USA, try www.kinkos.com or www.pipprinting.com. I'm not sure you can just email them the files, though. But you can go to your local Kinko's or PIP Printing store with your files, or email the files to your local store, and they'll print them out for you. Staples and Office Depot do that too. All of them should be able to print on t-shirts and stationery. Not too sure about magnets, but some craft stores like AC Moore sell magnet sheets for print. If you bring in a sheet, maybe they'll print that too.
Cafepress.com may print your artwork for you, but you have to set up an online store with them.
