Well, you can't ever actually get rid of a scar. If it is bad enough, cosmetic surgery can help to remove some of the underlying scar tissue, but you will still be left with a scar in the end. The only thing you can do to help it heal is to protect it from the sun with super strong sun block, and to put vitamin e on it a couple of times a day to help nourish the skin. In the end those two things will help to lighten it as much as it possibly can.

Try Palmer's Cocoa Butter oil or lotion. There are also some scar removing ointments available in Walmart and drug stores.

it will fade in time. it this just happened, put some neosporin anti scar formula, and there will be a little scar. but if you need stitches, thats a different story

let it heal, then star using mederma, it will take time, but the scar will fade.............
