You just have to be careful.I've made a lot of good deals on ebay, but I did get cheated a couple times.I never spend large amounts of money on ebay.If I need something pricey I'd get it in person or from a company I trust.

ebay is a trusted site. I bought alot of items off ebay and i never had a problem getting the items i bought. Just make sure that the person you a buying from has a high postive feed back. You don't want to buy from someone that has a feedback, lets say 90%. You want 98% - 100%

I buy and sell on ebay (have 44 auctions going right now and have over 247 items sold or bought)
Never had a problem at all.
Just watch those shipping charges some people are outragous. If you're still worried check the erpsons feedback before you bid. That will give you a better idea of how they conduct business.

eBay is the largest online marketplace and one of the most popular ways to earn an income from home with a PC and internet connection. Selling on eBay is inexpensive and easy to start. Ebay has a number of tools for sellers to maximise sales. These are eBay Pulse, Hot items report, merchandising calendar. By sourcing products at a low price, you can increase your profit. You can trust just about any site now adays, you can go to the bottom of the page and check the privacy thing, any retail store is trust worthy, overstock and amazon, other places like that are fine. They're is nothing to worry about, as long as things are not too cheap.

I have only had one out of lots of buys on ebay. Just watch the feedback I don't bid or try even if the seller has feedback under like 99.5%. I got burned once, someone who was selling things they didn't have and refused to answer emails. I used paypal so I got all but like 20 dollars back!

Ir's possible to get burned on any site, but e-bay, in my experience (I've bought about a dozen items there) is just about as safe and reliable as possible.
Remember though, that when you're picking a seller, it's probably wise to go for the higher/highest buyer approval rating.
95% may look pretty good - but if the seller has had, say, 2000 transactions, that'd mean that 100 people WEREN'T satisfied.

Thats not true, if you follow all the correct procedures on ebay, e.g using paypal to send funds not western union/check. You should be safe. Also while buying a item on eBay read the item description carefully.!! And also check the shipping charges and be comfortable with them. E.g. it should not cost 20 bucks to send out a small item or such.

I have had made over 100 purchases on eBay and have received every one of them. One time I didn't like what I received and returned it for a refund. PayPal is safe.
