Hi - I just had a tummy tuck and hip liposuction surgery done last Tuesday, so I was once in your shoes. I live in Connecticut, and I can tell you of a GREAT doctor here, but if you are no where near here I would recommend just surfing the Internet by typing in "(Whatever state you are in) Plastic Surgeons." I think it is really important to do it locally...don't go off to India or something! Maybe even call a local hospital or surgi-center and ask for names of doctor's that use their facilities. (My doctors has an office, but does her surgeries at a hospital or medical center that is fully staffed.) My doctor was also able to share MANY pictures of her former patients (before and after photos) which I thought was good.

You sound (to me) like you may be a good candidate for a tummy tuck because of your dramatic weight loss. I had twins 3 years ago, and my stomach was just stretched beyond repair, so ALL of my doctor's agreed that the only way I would be able to get rid of my "pouch" was a tummy tuck....diet and exercise would never fix the loss of elasticity. Find at least 2 local doctor's and start getting information specific to YOU.

Hope this helps! And here is my doctor's website in CT....just in case you are near here! http://www.deborahpanmd.com

GOOD LUCK!

did no longer a very usual rap stars mom only those days die. Plus the actual challenge is to be healthy. And faking being healthy with a tummy tuck is only protecting over a foul physique. And now with surgical operation you're including on your well being hazards my having pointless surgical operation, for a challenge extra desirable addressed with the aid of workouts and eating regimen. sturdy success. section 2 on your extra information. it is sturdy which you workouts. You weigh a hundred twenty five lbs.it is remarkable. yet remember its common to have some physique fat. yet once you insist on eliminating that very final bit its going to be somewhat complicated to do it with workouts and eating regimen. And as you improve older much harder. It nonetheless comes all the way down to calorie intake to calorie burning. And for me individually to circulate below the knife for arrogance heavily heavily isn't certainly worth the prospect. somewhat once you sound like this style of well being ethical experience man or woman. One final element approximately arrogance. ninety 9% of the time a man or woman is plenty plenty extra intense of themselves than everyone else. And genuinely no person is desirable.

Go on line and look for plastic surgons in your area. Most will have a before and after site so you can see the kind of work they do. Get your family dr, to reccomend one.

I agree with Moddedmomma. Get e referral from a gp. DO NOT go to one that advertizes.
