The first places I would try, due to convenience is Home Depot or Lowe's special order department. If no luck there check your local yellow pages for a custom millwork, planing mill, or a door and window replacement contractor. One of these places should be able to help. Abig concern though would be what kind of door you want (wood, steel, or fiberglass)

Most "major" home improvement centers are able to special order them. This is not a common size for an entry door, so if they carry them it would be an extreme rarity.
Talk to the folks at the millwork desks for assistance. Of course, special ordering does come at a price. Depending on the options, typically they can run at twice the cost and more.

Mobile home repair companies and or mobile home salvage yards. 30" entry doors are very common with respect to older mobile homes. If you are handy with wood working and you don't have access to mobile home products then i would suggest buying a door blank and cutting it down to size. I had a mobile home repair business and had to do this TOO many times. Or you could build one from scratch which sometimes is even easier since you don't have to peel back the door skin to reframe.
