Actually, if you have ever read books like A Brave New World by Aldous Huxley or 1984 by George Orwell, they would tell you 2+2=3.
2+2 equalling 4 may be completely inaccurate if you take a look at the root of the question. Who says that 2+2=4? We believe the answer is four because that is the answer society has engrained into our brains. There is no truly correct answer to this question. If we all lived in a completely different society, and were told that 2+2=3, we would say that is the undeniable answer. So, it's all a matter of perspective.
I think my answer has disproven your theory that this was a stupid question!!

OK 2 + 2 actually is 6!!!
I will prove it write now!
First of all 2 = 3 and NOT 2. why? I'll tell you:

-6 = -6 therefore
4- 10 = 9 - 15 therefore
2^2 - 10 = 3^3 - 15 therefore
2^2 - 2 * 2 * 5/2 = 3^2 - 2 * 3 * 5/2. We now add both sides with 25/4 therefore
2^2 - 2 *2 * 5/2 + 25/4 = 3^2 - 2 * 3 * 5/2 + 25/4. But 25/4 = (5/2)^2.
Therefore
2^2 - 2 * 2 * 5/2 +(5/2)^2 = 3^2 - 2 * 3 * 5/2 + (5/2)^2. From this equation we get:
(2 - 5/2)^2 = (3 - 5/2)^2. By simplifying we get:
2 = 3!!!!!!!
Therefore since 2 = 3 then 2 + 2 = 6!!!!!!

If you find an error let me know!!!!

2+2 equals 4..but define 2 and define this + define=
If you know the answers than you know the answer of your own question and if u know the answer of your own question..what is the purpose of a question..to learn something to clarify something and so on..are we doing this for u by answering with a 4? Did you learn that..or are you abusing the ability to question?
If you know the answer to a question is it really a question???
IF you know the answer and you still ask the question ..would that not be considered stupid becasue you are aware of the answer and still wasting time to ask it? I think there is no learning in this question, I think its stupid..the question is a valid question but the asker is in error..

ok ok Im kiddin..
that was fun..
