i want to forward some emails but dont want all those names on there how do i jus show my name only as sender

You use Yahoo! Mail, right?
If you want to send on an email message that you received, hit the button "forward".
Then choose the option to forward "as in line text".
Now you can highlight and cut out everything you do not want to be forwarded, like the names you mentioned.
Send when done.
