The only reason why America is still standing is because of other countries. Do you know how much debt America is in??? ITS IN THE TRILLIONS!!! So if China wasn't giving the USA cheap merchandise, these high profiting stores would have no profit. And if Saudi wasn't best friends with America, our gas prices would be 20 dollars a gallon.
Why do you think Bush is in Iraq??
He claimed that there were weapons of mass destruction, but he found NONE. I mean, he could have at least hid some somewhere and pretended to find it later on, so he wouldn't look like a idiot. And plus the only country that America gives money to is ******. SO ITS NOT A SURPRISE THAT NO ONE LIKES AMERICANS.

I didn't realise that Americans knew that the world thought badly of them and is highly critical that the US has little to no respect for the international community. The CIA is seen as loud mouthed yahoo's with the complexity of a screen door and usually about as transparency.
Not many people outside the US buy the 9-11 incident as told by President Bush and people laugh at the whole weapons of mass destruction he so clearly made up.

But the good news is most people do realise that it is the government and the aggressive foreign cooperate policy of the USA that pushes policy. I think most also realise that the US is a spent force and close to broke if it isn't already and it's not used to it's new "used to be a super power" position in the world so in a mad scramble they are using their military to regain what they can.

There is a fear that if the Americans ever thou gt they were loosing as they clearly are in Iraq that they'd take the world out in a nuclear strike before allowing their butt's to get whipped. So Bush and company get humoured a lot more than his people think and more than the President himself realises.

Once The military is truly spent the world will have a collective exhale and pat the US on the head and say there there.

God do I ever, especially since I DONT approve of what America is doing. Yet everytime I go over to another country, I feel like I have apologize!

I guess I wish that the world realized that we Americans aren't all bad. Theres some of us who really do care and want to cooperate with the world rather than dominate it.

No nation can afford to let its foreign policy be run by opinion polls, especially opinion polls of other nations.

I'm sad that America is being shunned by SOME other nations, and I am disappointed by some of the decisions our own government has made. However, I am adamantly opposed to changing ANY policy simply to meet the approval of other nations.

angel and zach..It's so comforting to confirm what is known that there are americans who are against the american's government's major role in trigerring wars in the middle east and else where.Zach..I know it feels sad when you feel you have to apologize when you go abroad..unfortunately,but that's what the american government has publicized about america and made other people take a dim, unrespectable view of americans.
I combine my word to yours..co-operate ,don't dominate.

I notice that they never shun the money we send out, they don't stop selling us their stuff. The world wants to shun us? Oh-well. They always talk trash on us until they need us to die on their battlefields. Maybe its time for us to shun them and let them just kill each other. All except our real friends.
