Stand up straight. Other than that, you can't, but you can lenghten muscle fibers by doing stretch exercises like pilates or something like that and that will make you leaner and give the illusion of length. You can also dress yourself to fool the eye. with shoes, try pumps or wedges and if there is an ankle strap make sure it hits below your ankle bone. That will make your legs look longer than they really are. Wear slim cut pants or short skirts or shorts. Avoid capri lengths and highwaters because too many horizontal lines across your body will make it look short and stocky. Clothing with vertical lines will draw the eye upwards. If you have a short midriff, try lowriders to make your midsection look longer. The best shirts for giving a tall illusion are sleeveless or capsleeved.
But standing up straight is the best and is good for your health too because good posture can add an inch or two. Try this to get perfect posture; before you head out the door every morning, stand against the wall with your heels, butt, upper back, and head touching against the wall then walk forward keeping that pose. You'll feel awkward at first but you'll get the hang of it in a couple weeks and it will just come natural.

Wear tall shoes. Height is based on genetics, there's not a cure for being short.
