I think he did. but there is no proff, and what happened to inocent untill proven guilty?
Both he was a great player but IF he did take steroids, then they assisted but he was great even before he got massive.
You can't put him in the hall of fame, unless they introduce pete rose, because bonds' case is much more severe. And they are similar cases.

Since you say answer with you mind then, no he did not take steroids he has never tested positive for steriod use, according to the numerous test he has been given, and if there is no proof there is nothing you can do. and i am astros fan so you know i am not just say this to protect bonds, so for me it is a thumbs up to the hall of fame

He took them, and he lied about it. Our culture believes in forgiveness, especially for weaknesses that don't directly hurt others. BUT, the same forgiveness does not extend to lying. Not only did he do it, he lied about it. That's why we can forgive Giambi, but we are not forgiving Bonds. Giambi went into the Grand Jury, and said, "Yes, I did it. Here is what I took, and heres where I where I injected it, and this is why I did it". Bonds said, "Nope, not me", although many, many people testified, "Yes, Him".
He's a liar, as well as a cheater. If Pete Rose is out of the HOF, Bonds should be, too.

He used steroids...and lied about it. He cheated on his taxes (memorabilia income)...and lied about it. If he is convicted on anything, it will be the lies not his other crimes. Similar to Clinton (impeached for lying, not for BJs) and Martha Stewart (sent to prison for lying to a grand jury, not for insider trading). If Pete Rose's situation tells us anything, a conviction for Bonds (conduct detrimental to the game) could give him real trouble with the Hall of Fame.

HOF absolutely. He has been suspected of taking steroids, but that has not been proven. Until and unless that is proven, he's a bonafide Hall of Famer and one of the best players ever.

I think he did it and shoudn't be in the Hall of Fame if he's convicted, indicted or whatever.
He wouldn't deserve it if he's guilty.
If he's not guilty, then damn, he's a good ball player!
We shall see, I guess.
