Go back to school (community college), go to financial aid and get a grant to study and use the money for studies and to live simply but enough to survive while you are studying. If you can't get a grant, ask for a loan. It is low interest and does not need to be paid off until you are finished studying. At a community college, you can learn a trade or get an Associate's degree. You will then have knowledge and a way to earn more money. Good luck.

That depends. If you live / work in a place where knowledge of English is essential, and your knowledge is not so good, then yes, it's a problem.
Take night classes at a local school. Take English as a Second Language (ESL) classes. They help people learn English. Ask for someone to tutor you.
My sense of this tells me that you're "posing" as someone who needs help with English - for what reason, I don't know. I could be wrong.
I wish you Peace.

I suggest you to download 'english talking programme' from internet. It will help you. Search on http://www.google.com/ for this.
