It is not right, they (all parties) need to come to a table and discuss. War does not solve anything in my opinion

YES. It's a fact that hezbollah killed israeli soldiers and kidnapped one soldier. This radical group has members in Lebanon's goverment and has enough members to hold veto power, they control southern Lebanon.Their expressed goal is to destroy the state of Israel. If Mexico or Canada decided to kill, kidnap our soldiers or civilians and lob missiles into civilian populations here in the U.S.what would you have us do? Hamas fires Kassam rockets into Israel daily. Why should Israel not be allowed to defend itself? They kidnap one soldier and want to trade that soldier for 400-800 criminals in Israeli jails. They have done this before and end up re-catching these criminals as they try to re-enter Israel loaded with bomb vests to kill more civilians.Appeasement does not work with with an enemy that doesn't care about their lives, they are only interested in killing you.P.S. Israel was re formed in 1948, not the 50's and was originally formed after they were released from slavery in Egypt over 3,000 years ago. These are historical FACTS!

Yes.

We all believed that Bin Ladin put planes into our buildings and killed innocent people so we went to war with 2 countries.

Yet Israel has been bombed every day by this group for years now and has barely responded. But now that they are saying enough is enough, we are gonna stop it. Many in the world think they are wrong for acting.

How so? Why can one country go to war and kill thousands when another country can't hit certain targets? Let alone Israel has asked for Lebanon's help over this matter for years and is still asking for their help.

No That is why the UN Security Council called Israeli action is illegal and against International law. Killing civilians is Justifiable only by those who do it.If you are an Israeli its OK to kill civilans.

No and no again. They certainly had to have had operational plans on the shelf waiting for the opportunity to finish what they couldn't accomplish in the '80s when they occupied Lebanon.

Absolutely! The message is clear to me. You kidnap one of their soldiers and they send the army in to blow up your terrorist country! I guess they won't kidnap anymore soldiers. They'd be dumb if they did, but then again, they are radical islamists.
