I like them both but I'm a greater fan of Linkin Park. I'm particularly in love with Mike Shinoda and Chester Bennington (his screams are wicked cool! :D). I love the Nu Metal sound. The combination of rap and hard rock is an awesome mix.
Fort Minor and Linkin Park have distinctly different sounds. I particularly like "Kenji" by FM. The beat is introspective, unique...and the song communicates an overall thoughtful message.
My main hope where the two bands are concerned is that this new project of Shinoda's doesn't have a negative impact on LP itself. Wouldn't want them to break up.

I love Fort Minor. I kinda like the Old stuff of Linkin Park. My favorite CD is Hybrid Theory with the song One Step Closer. But I love Fort Minor. Especially that song where'd you go.

both LP and FM are basically amazing
Mike Shinoda of LP got FM all thier publicity just because he was in Linkin Park. so if it wasn't for linkin park, fort minor wouldn't be around right now.
so if anyone likes Fort Minor and doesn't like Linkin Park, then u should rethink everything cuz FM is basically Linkin Park with different people

I like Linkin Park but have never heard of Fort Minor. What do they sing in case I have heard the song and just didn't know who it was that was singing

Yes I do. More linkin part than fort minor but they both have some good songs.

I like Linkin Park...more the old stuff though....And even though I am not a big fan of rap, I like Fort Minor just because they arent talkin about bitches and big rims

I LOVE Linkin Park!! I have ALL the CD's. I know now they are a little outdated. I'd love to see some new stuff. My kids say I'm too old to like anything that rocks...lol. So, then I throw on my Eminem and really shock them! :)
