Yes! We all need positive strokes and when someone does something nice to me I always remember it and usually return the complement because they have feelings too!

It always feels good for someone to do something nice for you. It feels good to be able to do something nice for someone as well.

yes. once while i was babysitting the kids were sleeping and there were tons of dishes so i washed them for my neighbor. l like to hope it made her day

yep. unless i hated that person or had been mean to them b4. then it will make me feel miserable and pathetic inside. in that case it will ruin my day. in all other cases it will certainly make my day.
