Not theme hospital, in that you run a hospital.
The one I am after you were a surgeon doing operations. The first op was to take out an appendix. If you didnt do it right the patients would die!

Found it. Its called life and death and looks like they copied from it on the Nintendo DS game Trauma Center: Under the Knife

I don't remember that but there is a game on the nintendo DS called Trauma Center: Under the Knife where you do operations on people. It is a fun game.
