Teaching interviews are usually different from "corporate" ones. Why? Because teaching interviews are more relaxed and more "friendly."

What type of questions will they ask? Pretty much the same that standard non-teaching interviews would, except that they might give you more scenarios and ask about your teaching philosophy.

The main goal of a teaching interview is to get a good sense of how you might handle particular situations and what your overall teaching approach / philosophy is.

My suggestion, be prepared to explain how you've actually handled or might handle various scenarios. For example, if you had a disruptive student, what would you do? If you had a student who was slacking off, how would react?

Where do you come from?
What are your limitations?
How is your faith in God?
Experience? (more indepth than what is on your Resume)
Work well with kids?

The all time question they ask for these kind of interviews. "If a student were to be unruly or out of place, what do you do?"

the answer, give a strict warning, follow through procedures, and do not hesitate to send him/her to the office, and do not feel embarrassed to ask help from another fellow teacher.

They may ask you about your teaching philosophies, your planned method of discipline, your experience with young people, your comfortability level with young people, how you would handle a specific problem (cheating, cursing, violent behavior), your experience in creating lesson plans (it is a good idea to bring a sample lesson with you), how you work in group settings (cooperation is a big deal right now), how you feel about testing (your planned forms of assessemnt: tests vs. papers vs. project oriented coursework)...
