It is tough to move to a new country (for any country) and become a citizen.

Canada is a bit easier than many other countries as there is help from the government and from other immigrants just like yourself. If you're fluent in English (or can learn), have some good skills and willing to work then it shouldn't be difficult to adapt.

You also have to like the winters (it can be beautiful).

when I immigrated about 15 years ago, there was a "points system" which you needed to pass in order to get in.....nowadays I don't know if they still have a system, but it seems more complicated now, and yes there are quite a few deportations for illiegal immigrants.......your best bet is to check with an immigration lawyer

I don't know, I was born here (Canada) but nowadays they seem to be deporting someone everyday. According to the news anyway.
