no one gets to be President, regardless of what some people like to say, unless they are a very smart person. I do not agree with Bush on many issues, but to say he is dumb is just plain ignorant.

I didn't agree with Clinton on many things either, but the same would go for him.

Anyone that blindly says a president is all good or all bad isnt really interested in the issues of the day.

Some psychologists will tell you that he displays symptoms commonly associated with a partial brain damage that is often caused by heavy usage of mind altering drugs. I don't know how true or not this is but his brain occasionally 'freezes' when he is speaking or listening. He is not someone you would want on your side or as your leader if an instant decision needed to be made.

As to his overall intelligence, his is about on the national average, but low for a president.

Where he is 'smart' is in his ability to hire and assign others to do and think what he knows he can't do.

Few of us would ever be as smart as an Einstein but hopefully we would be smart enough to hire one and let him do what he does best.

Self-serving? Definitely.
Dumb? Hardly.

He's dumb enough to be elected president of the most powerful country in the world, two (2) times! How smart are you?

He has some sort of mental disconnect.
The next time he addresses the nation on live TV, pay close attention to his face.
His stupidity waxes and wanes with each passing minute.
It is truly something to see!

Oh he gives that impression. But dumb? hardly.

The jokes on us if we think he is dumb, its all an act.

He is very smart and he is selling out this country to big business, to line his own pockets.

Its far easier to judge someone from the sideline than it is to do there job. As president of a nation of 300 million GWB will NEVER please everyone. He reached the highest office in the FREE world I hardly think a Stupid person could achieve that.
