Yes I have pain and at one time it wasn't so little. What amazes me is that your question could open the door to lessen that pain for any one that reads it. What a missed opportunity on any ones part that is in pain and has never shared about it. That secret that I carried for years was sexual abuse as a child, I felt I had a mark of Cain on my forehead and a scarlet letter on my chest. It effected my relationships and it made me mistrust any one that came close. I was going to take that secret to the grave and that's where it almost took me but before I reached that point I did many years in jail, many years of drug abuse then to that point were I was going to end it all by my own hand. I would of been killing a person I never met, a total stranger. What happened is that someone had the courage to share for the first time the same experience,for the first time I felt empathy and gave him support and shared my experience with him. It was a life changing and life saving.Since then I've shared in front of sometimes 100 people in a 12 step support group. If you don't mind I going to re ask your question, if anyone is holding that secret that causes pain, what a wonderful way to open that door for the healing process to begin than anonymously on Q&A. You just may help your self and just as important, you may help someone else.

Yes, we all do. Being born into this dense physical realm is painful. Forgetting who we really are is painful. The heart aches bcoz it's forgotten & ignored. The heart has unfathomable depth and only by listening to it is life a beautiful thing. In this world we are taught to only pay attention to the mind & ignore the heart and and it's whisperings. We are told that the heart is unreliable. It's ok to love but keep it under control. Be safe and respectable. We're lost in our own little world of thought and ideals and beliefs and that's all we know. Thought is heavy. Excellent question!

yes...but i dont want MY lil pain to become the source of fun and mockery for all. The last thing i want to be is to be pitied.
that lil pain make me stronger by the day....and i'd like it to be that way.
