no i dont belive it should be stopped(though it needs more restictions)
it is slowing due to an overload of ip adresses. this will cause us to need to get a diferent type of ip adress to allow for more on the map (right now we have approx 3 web sites for every person alive and cant support much more)

It will never "die off". The internet isn't the only way for predators to commit crime...they are everywhere.How do you suppose they did what they do before the computer came along?

I doubt there is ANY real data to support your idea about predators. However, for other reasons, Al Gore has scheduled the demise of the internet for the year 2052.

It's also a quick way to obtain needed information, send communications, keep you up to date on important information, if the predators didn't have internet, they'd be some other way they'd scheme up to find their prey.
