I'm so indecisive whenever I'm answering most personality quizzes. I mean, my personality is soo mixed up. There's no clear border about me either. I don't have split personality and you can't really find any streotype that suits me. I'm sooo mixed up(my personality I mean). Help?! What should I do? I really want to know my results for the quizzes! They're not just for fun type of quizzes.

You shouldn't let a quiz define you but to answer your question, choose the one that applies to you THE MOST.

Me: That's the problem here

Tim : A lot of personality quizzes try to pigeonhole you into one "type" or another. The best ones recognize that we're all like you-- everyone has a split personality to a degree. I would check out www.humanmetrics.com for the Jung test, which classifies you based on four different characteristics with two op... blah blah blah

Me: Okay, thanks but that is one of the quizzes I'm talking about :x

So, help me out?

Consider for a moment the possibility that you actually ADAPT to the situation at hand. When circumstance requires you to be outgoing, you are people's best freind. When people are being hostile and devious, you are pensive and highly reflective before acting. Hmm, coincidently a sign of intellegence? I don't think so.
Organizations like Gallup, are searching for people who are clearly one dimension or another, which is a hot item right now. My not entirely uninformed perspective is that this will eventually collapse, especially given it's link to sexism and racism-that is the idea that people don't change over their life, or even from minute to minute. It disgusts me that institutions are trying to sort people like this using some sort of "trait" categorization.
Jung's test is interesting and supposedly so well used. I worked with some VP's at Union Pacific, where his MBTI is used periodically when a new President is picked up to make sure there is a "match" between the President and VP's. So, the VP's all decide what the President is like and adjust their responses about themselves accordingly.
So you are not being indecisive, you are only without the critical information you would use to make the decision at hand. As a result, your results from the stupid tests are inconsistent.
Whatever, stop wasting your time with these and go do something fun.

Most personality quizzes are hog wash. If it is a quizz developed by a university or a psychologist it is not set to measure on one or two questions. It will have ranges of questions to measure personality traits(tendencies) that are not definite or exactly defined, just that you tend to think along certain lines, to make certain choices, so many times out of so many times. Like if I ask you the colour of the sky you would likely say blue. But you might once in a while say black because you think of what the sky looks like at night.
They will also include catch questions to make sure you are understanding the question and not trying to fake the test out.

So the next time you are taking one of these tests relax and enjoy
