For whatever reason, I don't see many older, and I assume that's what your talking about, men dressed to look like they belong in the 'hood, if that's still the term. Older women, however, do sometimes show up in public in short skirts and tube or crop tops and no bra, boobs drooping and their bare bellies hanging over their waist bands My opinion is that they can't possibly have any mirrors in their house because no one with a shred of self respect, whose seen how they look, would keep such an ensemble in their closed, let alone go out side with it on.

There are two ways to look at it:
They either have very high self-esteem, or very low self-esteem.
High enough self-esteem that they feel good enough about the way they look that they think they can pull off the look they are going for.
Or, such low self-esteem that they hope by slipping into something inappropriate for their body type or age, noone else will notice that it's not intended for them to wear.

It doesn't bother me when old women and men wear new-age clothing because I think it looks better than flower-print dresses and flannel shirts....as for the body-type thing...I'm sick of seeing girls that have those flubby stomachs wearing form-fitting shirts and belly shirts and bikinis.

In my opinion, they need to get their butts to the store and buy a mirror. Then go back to the store and get some clothing that fits.

sometimes it's a good giggle. ie. 40 yr old women dresses like a 16 yr old gurl. hahaha.
just one o those things that make ya go hmmm.

It amuses me. I feel almost sorry for them. They refuse to face the fact they are older & most do not have any idea how horrid they really look!
