google it, sometimes the address will pop up
or look in the online phone books if you know there last name.

Give any of these a try. they have a reverse number lookup, to give ya the address and names of phone numbers.

Have you tried using www.whitepages.com (if you are looking for someone in the USA)?
Although some areas require payment (more detail you require) - there is still useful info to be had for free!

you could try ringing them up for a 'chat' and slip into the conversation ' do you still live at ...' or 'where do you live now...'
