If you've seen a doctor and he/she has ruled out any immediate or serious threat to your health, you might want to consider seeing a chiropractor. You didn't say where the numbness and tingling is occurring, but chiropractic generally has great success in treating chronic numbness/tingling of the hands and feet.
Chiropractic is founded in the principle that the Central Nervous System (brain, spinal cord, and nerves) controls EVERY function of our bodies. When the vertebrae are misaligned (what chiropractic calls a subluxation), they can pinch the nerves that run out between them. A pinched nerve is not communicating properly with the brain, and this may result in pain, numbness/tingling, or any type of general malfunction in that nerve's corresponding body part.
Chiropractors adjust the vertebrae and move them back into the proper position, thus removing the nerve interference and restoring function to the nervous system. If you decide to see a chiropractor, take the time to find a good one near you. Ask family and friends for recommendations, visit a few different offices, and choose the doctor you are most comfortable with. No matter what you decide to do, I wish you the best of luck!

Numbness and tingling can occur for several reasons.
You did not state where. That is important.
But in some cases it could be the signs of a pinched nerve.
Sometimes it is circulation. Dealing with blood flow or problems with it or lack of.
Call your health care provider if:
Tingling or numbness is not explained by an obvious cause (such as position-related "falling asleep" of a hand or foot).
Numbness and tingling are accompanied by other symptoms.
The sensation lasts longer than a few minutes.
PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT THE LISTED SITE!
I cannot give natural cures for a symptom that might be life threatening. You need to find out WHAT is causing it and then find if there is a cure either modern medicine or natural.
You need to be more specific in your questions.
PLEASE SEE THE LINK you will see how many causes for numbness there are.

I suffer from Arthritis (in the back and kidney) and i can tell you that the best think you can do to relieve the pain from arthritis is do yoga. Seriously i used to be in so much pain that i stopped doing any sports (which you shouldn't, when you suffer from arthritis you need to stay active!) and sometimes lied on my bed for hours because it hurt so bad. Then I started to take yoga lessons twice a week, and it's best thing i ever did. I can clearly see the benefit i've been doing it for almost 2 years now and don't think will ever stop :) so if you have the oppportunity i think you should try yoga.

Cause:
Mini stroke or strokes.
Fix:
Get a blood elements count / test.
Everything in the body is either positive or negatively charged.
The elements we consume carry either one of these charges.
The major elements that are responsible.
Sodium, Magnesium, Calcium, Potassium, Iron.
They are all metals.
Balance these and there will be no symptoms.

This could be due to irregular blood supply to these parts of the body. Your doctor will be able to determine the main cause after he checks your blood report for cholesterol and triglyceride. He might need to investigate your heart's condition with the help of ECG. Before you decide to see a doctor, cut down on non-vegetarian, spicy, fast and oily food, pizza and pastas, refined flour, milk products, aerated cold drinks, alcohol and tobacco. Correct constipation in the first stage. Start a fresh life with a simple vegetarian food, fruits and salad. Drink fruit juices and plenty of water. Start brisk walking for one hour daily. Eat 2 to 3 garlic flakes cut in fine pieces and gulp with hot water on empty stomach before breakfast daily. Chew one clove after each meal. If obese, reduce weight. Changing this kind of life style will definitely help to get rid of your disorder in few days. Take care and be in good health.
